I'm afraid that Cade will surpass Mike and I in intelligence much sooner than expected. I was expecting it when he got to high school not when he turned 16 months! : )

He retains everything and is well on his way of knowing a lot! This morning while we were getting dressed, he started counting...."one, two, three". Those come out clearly. He kept counting and we could make out "seven" (this is also the name of our dog so he hears this a lot) and "nine." I tried to get him to repeat the ABC's. He got out A and B, then he got bored. He also says W very clearly. My dad (Papa Jerry) calls him C.W. so I think that is where he's heard W and says it clearly from being around him.
