Cade has foam letters and numbers to play with in the bathtub. We put a few in the tub when he takes a bath. I will always hold one up and ask him what it is and then I'll say it. I've told you he can identify the "w". We had a number 9 in there and I held it up and asked him "What's this?" He said "nine" plain as day. I was amazed.
I didn't realize he knew the number 9. He hadn't had any of the numbers in the tub with him yet. I count to him all the time but other than Sesame Street, he hasn't really seen number 9's. I guess he's absorbing more from Sesame Street than I thought.
I've been told that he said DADA at work today. I think we may be in trouble if he already can speak in sentences!
